Note: All travel distances are calculated transparently using Google Maps from my home in Saint Paul, MN to your venue location.

To keep things entirely straightforward and transparent, here is how travel expenses are handled to help cover fuel, maintenance, and wear and tear on my personal vehicle.

Photography Travel Structure

  • There is no travel fee for photography.

  • I do not travel further than 50 miles outside of Saint Paul, MN.

Videography Travel Structure

  • The First 100 Miles Are On Me: Because videography often requires heavy gear logistics, every videography booking includes the first 100 miles of total round-trip travel completely free of charge.

  • After the First 100 Miles: Any additional round-trip mileage beyond the initial 100 miles is billed at a flat rate of $0.75 per mile.

  • Out-of-state elopements may require a different breakdown of travel, and are individualized with the package. Head to the Elopement Contact Form page to fill out your elopement details, and I will get back to you with your personalized travel logistics.
