LionArt Creations
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A legal disclaimer
Thank you for choosing my photography and/or videography services! I’m excited to work with you and capture beautiful memories. Please review my refund and cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for both of us:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit (Photography Sessions)
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photography session. This deposit will be applied towards your final balance but is not refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if you need to reschedule, you may do so up to one week prior to your scheduled session without losing your deposit. I understand that plans may change and will do my best to accommodate adjustments.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit (Videography Services)
For videography services, the 50% deposit paid is required to secure your booking. This portion of the deposit is non-refundable, as I dedicate time and resources to prepare for your event, and will turn down other booking requests for that date. I am committed to providing the best service possible and will do my best to work with you in case of unexpected changes.

3. Cancellation
I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please review the applicable section:

Photography Sessions: Any cancellations made will result in the forfeit of the deposit. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Videography Services: Because wedding dates are limited and often booked far in advance, the following policy applies to all Videography Services:
-
Non-Refundable Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This retainer compensates LionArt Creations for reserving the date and for the loss of other booking opportunities for that specific day.
-
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the 50% retainer is forfeited. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding date, the remaining balance is still due in full to cover the loss of the date and the extensive production prep work performed.
-
Rescheduling: If you need to change your date, I will make every effort to accommodate the new schedule. However, a reschedule is technically a new booking and may require a new retainer and contract based on current availability.

4. Accommodations
I will do my best to accommodate any changes or rescheduling requests. If you’re able to provide me with notice of at least 48 hours of scheduled booking time, I’ll gladly work with you to find a new time that works for your needs.

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to capturing your special moments!
